My first wedding working as a “pro” photographer was several years ago as a second shooter for my dear friend, Mandy Sroka. This was one of Mandy’s first weddings and she knew that I loved photography, despite my lack of wedding experience. Now my obsession with photography started a long time ago and is another story for another day. But it is because of Mandy, that I got my first taste of wedding photography and I have never looked back!
Bert and Laura had Fourth of July wedding and the weather was perfect! Laura’s beautiful little daughter, Mackinzie, was the adorable little flower girl. Laura’s family has been close to mine for many years so it was such a blessing in so many ways to be a part of her wedding day. Here are a few of my shots, from getting ready to dancing the afternoon and night away! I look forward to the weddings that I get to shoot in the future, always thankful to Mandy and Laura for giving me my first step into this business.
