In July I was given an amazing opportunity to travel to Belo Horizonte, Brazil with my church. While down there in South American, in the midst of struggling with Portuguese, eating amazing food and making new friends, I had the amazing privilege to photograph two families.

The first family was a young couple, César and Camila who had recently had their two year wedding anniversary.  I am glad that I got to meet these two and after my week with them, I am so blessed to be able to count them as friends.

I was also able to snag a few shots of these little fellows! They ate right out of our hands! (Probably not smart, I know, to feed the wild life. Oh well.) These little guys are oddly both really cute and rather creepy at the same time.

So while away, I made new friends, got some great shots and learned a few words in Portuguese! Beijos de Brasil e Ellicott City! Tudo bom!
